1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed on RoyalPaws.pk will be processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) may be processed the next business day.

  • If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated restock date or offer an alternative product.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard shipping and express shipping options, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your shipping address and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight/size of your order.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount. This will be clearly stated during the checkout process or in any promotional campaigns.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days from the date of order processing, depending on the delivery location.

  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 1-3 business days from the date of order processing.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on external factors like weather, delivery service delays, or holidays.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order’s progress.

  • If you have not received your tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service for assistance.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all cities in Pakistan.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our delivery options.

7. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. RoyalPaws.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees to resend the item.

8. Order Cancellation and Changes

  • You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After this period, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

  • Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

9. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 1 day of receiving your order for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@royalpaws.pk. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and your preference for a refund or exchange.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods or customized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 2 hours of receipt. Provide clear images of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will not offer a replacement or full refund based on the circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Products During Shipping

While we take great care in packing your orders to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, RoyalPaws.pk is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during transit by the shipping carrier. Once your order leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

In the event that your package is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Damaged Items: Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim for any damages that occur during shipping. We can assist with providing necessary documentation or information as required by the carrier.

  • Lost Items: If your package is lost during transit, please reach out to the carrier to report the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for lost items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, please take photos before opening and retain the packaging for potential claims.

11. Out of Stock Items

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email. You may choose to wait for the product to be restocked, select an alternative item, or cancel your order.

  • Refunds for out-of-stock items will be issued if you decide not to wait for restocking.

  • We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD). Specific options are available at checkout based on your location.
